"Is'nt it that debate is arguing with a fact and not with our own wants whether it is right or not?"

--->> It should have been Isn't, not Is'nt. And the question needs to be polished. -1.

"Jotting down notes ladies and gentlemen are adjudicators tasks and not debaters tasks!"

--->> This is a bad sentence in terms of structure and grammar. -1.

Try these better models:

1. Jotting down notes is a task for adjudicators, not debaters, or

2. Jotting down notes is an adjudicator's task. Debaters are supposed to just talk.

(But come to think of it, data gathering, visual analysis, etc also require writing.)

"Debate talks or argue about something and do not share opinions instead we rebutt with each others opinion."

--->> This is a bad sentence. :(

Debate is a singular subject. All verbs must follow suit. And kindly simplify your sentences next time.
